How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective stickers and packaging intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM, meaning they are resistant to light rain and splashes but should not be worn while showering, swimming, or diving.
How do I change my watch strap?
Each watch comes with a small tool in the bottom of the case. Use it to push the spring bars through the lugs, allowing you to easily swap your strap for a different style.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna in select regions.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
